AJ has over 25 years of business management, finance, and technology experience, with a past history of building value in companies. AJ leads the EJF Ventures team, overseeing venture investment sourcing and execution while partnering with management teams to drive strategy and execution.

He has directly participated in the integration of large and small business acquisitions on the buy & sell side of deals, functioned as an advisor to technology venture funds, and helped mentor early and mid-stage technology companies through their growth. AJ has worked in leadership roles with Fortune 500 Companies, Public Sector Organizations, and supported Non-Government Organizations.

AJ holds a Master of Science in Finance (MSF) from Georgetown University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Management Information Systems from Saint Leo University.
